Headless Turkey
« on: April 01, 2025, 06:40:52 AM »
Thought this was unusual.  This turkey had his head tucked into his neck feathers.  He was walking along blind, while another, I assume more dominant Tom, was rapidly circling him like a shark.  He was not pecking at him, but he was clearly berating him.  It was a rather unusual spectacle.  Spring is in the air!

Makes a head shot quite difficult. They are just practicing for hunting season.

Clearly, he is planning to run for the Washington Legislature next term.  >:( Or planning to lobby the governor for a seat on the Wildlife Commission....
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I can see running for the Wildlife Commission, but to run for legislature he would need to have his head up his cloaca..
