Be sure to check out Alden's website.
He has a lot of custom knives to choose from.

@Dan-o

I'm assuming if we get a knife worth more than $225, we could also make up the difference with the Cole?  Does that sound reasonable and acceptable?

Basically....winning bid gets a knife worth $300 - $225 = $75 additional payed to cole.

Does that make sense?

@jrebel
Hey Johnny!    :hello:

Alden Cole had suggested any knife up to $245 (not $225).

Knowing Alden, I'm confident that he'd be happy to donate a more expensive knife with the differential (over $245) being paid to him.

Thanks for asking!

This was how I thinking it would work.

In the original post, I copy/pasted from a previous auction.
Unfortunately, the hyperlinks didn't transfer as hyperlinks.

so, for anyone wanting to learn a little about the genesis
project, these are the links I had intended to paste in.

I'm working and we have been busy as all get out.  If I win the bid.....I will square up as time permits tonight or tomorrow morning.

@jrebel
You, sir, are the winner.

And your credit is good with me.   You've always upheld your end of the bargain, and been very generous on these kind of charity auctions.

I'd love to see what knife you select.

Thanks to all who helped, bid, donated, and encouraged!
