Snohomish River Hunting
« on: November 07, 2025, 03:49:19 PM »
Hi all,

I’m curious the best way to find legal hunting areas on the Snohomish river and surrounding areas. I live in Snohomish and have checked out Ebey island and some of the public blinds etc, but I’m looking to explore via boat to find something a bit more private. I hunt weekdays only…so hopefully that’s still possible.

Not asking you to give away your hole, just trying to figure out how to determine from maps or other resources where is legal to even begin e-scouting and on the water scouting. Of course, any point in the right direction (launch and rough direction to go, etc) is always appreciated.

Also, I have gear, a trained retriever, and a flexible schedule if anyone ever was willing to let me tag along. Unfortunately, all my hunting friends are in Idaho

Thanks all.

The Snohomish County GIS Parcel Viewer linked above will tell you who owns what land. From there you would have to ask the owner of the property if you can hunt it. WDFW also has a map that shows what's theirs.

Get the ONX apps. All kinds of good info for hunting access, ownership etc.
