I would have guessed 39" and 15.5" bases.  Hard to tell from that photo though...  Nice ram videoman.

I went over to clemans sat night . spotted a group of sheep near dark probably 35 head . went in sunday circling around them spotted five rams in the next canyon over two looked nice at 800 yards ? when I came back around the sheep had moved to the opposite side of the canyon . came around a little cut and had three more rams at 35 yards they ran right out in front of me and stopped , pulled off my pack to get my camera 300mm lens wouldn't focus . would have been an easy bow kill , one of the rams had a collar on . Do any of you know how many collared rams are in there? I just scratched the area and saw 24-26 rams in five hours , a guy could get addicted to this . does any one know the best way in from the hwy ? Thanks guys Coach. ps my pictures turned out terrible , I need to regroup on the camera . my video camera got bumped on in my pack and all my spare batteries were in my truck .

It's been a long time back, but when I hunted clemans there was no road up the southeast side. I spotted from the naches fruit stand parking lots along the highway for three days until I found the ram I wanted to go after. Then I just went to an orchard along the base and got permission to park and walk in after them. The people were nice that I talked to and had no problem with me parking and hiking on up from there. Might be a road there today, but back then there was none and I doubt it has changed.

All the best rams I saw were up the southeast slopes above naches where no one else wanted to hike in. As you know by now there are easy access sheep on Clemens but I never seen a good ram in the easy access area.
Good Luck
