WA 2nd Bear Tag. Is it still a thing?
« on: March 12, 2026, 01:35:48 PM »
Last year I was able to buy a second bear tag immediately while purchasing my first. I did not see an option for a second bear tag this year while dropping 35% more money than I did last year for tags. Did the cat-ladies take away my second bear tag this year? If I don't get to shoot two bears then how will I wash myself without bear lard soap? Or eat breakfast Sausage? Or fry my fish?

Jimmy deans only comes in a 12 oz package. I cant feed my family on no 12 oz pack of sausage. And my sweaty bum starts to stink without bear lard soap. My wife doesn't want a man who smells like a fake Irish Spring. And I'll be darned if I fry my fish in seed oils. Mr. Kennedy would tan my hide.

Thanks,
Rant Over. For now.

PS. Lorna, where's my spring bear?

Won’t be a need for second bear tags, the bear watchers need bears to view.🤣

With the new system of printing your own tags because the state can't pay for waterproof paper  you have as many tags as you want . Hey let's force them to go digital app or print there own tags  smart move hahahaha. The state is so stupid.

FWIW, Costco has the JD sausage in 3#...and I've seen 2#.

I'm definitely going to need a 2nd bear tag. I can feel it. It's my year for two bears!

Be happy to fill one after 2 chokes last year...  :chuckle:  Missed a shot I should've made if I'd taken more time and a better rest at 308 yards on a huge chocolate... Had plenty of time... And was carrying the crossbow during muzzy elk and a round jet black ran towards me with no time to range and guesstimated wrong... Held for 40 he was 47... Would've nailed him with the muzzy... Hopefully...  :dunno:
I love you... I really do...
