Went out and bought a bow today!  Got a Bear Lights Out. Now my question is, how tight should I tighten my field points/Broadheads?

Just hand tight. You can get a broadhead wrench for putting on broadheads if you want to tighten them down a little more.

A simple tip about keeping them tight is to put string wax on the threads before you tighten either the broadhead or field point on.  It takes the slack out, gives you something to tighten evenly against, and allows you to get them off after being soaked and left on for a few months.  Hand tight is plenty tight unless you need to try to get a broadhead to spin true; sometimes an extra little bit of tightening will bring them into alignment, and that's when I use the broadhead wrench.

I don't think there is a letoff requirement anymore. Last I remember it was at 80% or so. Not positive though. If it says nothing in the regs though don't worry about it. What ever is being sold at the proshops should be legal.

That's kind of what I was thinking.  My friend said that he thought it was 70% but that he wasn't sure either.  And once again, he's kind of a moron sometimes!
Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I had to check and find out from someone besides him.
