Couple of pics from Utah
« on: July 11, 2009, 10:50:30 AM »
Ok, so I'm not known for my photography prowess.  I should have learned by now that the zoom feature on a digital camera produces blury/pixelated pictures, but I wanted to show off a couple of the animals that hang out in the lush mountain meadow next to the cabin we stayed in last week.  This is the largest of 3 bucks that we saw all week long, along with numerous does & fawns.

And we even got a visit from a couple of moose.

Your pics are a helluva lot better than mine...  Who cares?  We just wanna see animals
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

We were in the hills East of Heber City.  This was a family thing so I didn't get to get away from the cabin to look for the huge bull elk I understand are nearby or go fishing on the Provo River.  Dang!  And of course I wish now that I hadn't put fishing & hunting on hold while I was in school down there--that place is paradise for both! :'(
