I have always been happy with Fletch Setter and he has been around for as few years, he moved to town a year or so ago. He worked out of his house/barn for a while.
He actually fixed a bunch of *censored*ty work from Ranier Archery for me  :chuckle:
My bow shot way better when he got done and didn't charge me  :dunno:

Yep, Rainier Beer would probably all solve it.  We should just sit around drinking Rainier Beer at our Rainier Beer Summit and talk about differences in Rainier (locations.)  We can invite people from each of the Rainiers to attend.

I've had great service from Craig.  First time I was in his old store he gave me same plates for my wifes bow.  Smaller to fit her grip better.  Never once been rude to me.  I will not however go to the one in Graham.  I can think of 5 buddies off the top of my head that won't either, because of experiences they had themselves.

This was an interesting read. It is obvious, but it shows how important consistent, knowledgeable, friendly customer service really is. A small bussiness can really lose if someone has a bad experience.

:) :)I met Bullcanyon at a store today, I have met action shooter before, and a salesman at a competitor store all told me Craig at Fletch setters, was a good guy, and that I must have caught him  at a bad time. I decided maybe they were right. As I really like the idea of supporting local independant businesses, I went back.
I walked in and Craig was busy, a few minutes later he approached me, Craig remembered me, and apologized right then, explaining he had a rough morning that day. I accept that. I admire a man who can admit his failures or weak moments.

Thank you Craig! I anticipate doing business with you.
Carl :)

Wow, I'm glad that's over!

I have been to both shops (although I will never ever darken the door in Rainier Archery )and I was even getting confused!

Greg at Fletch Setter in the town of Rainer Washington knows his stuff and is a good guy.

Sure glad elk season is getting close....................we all need to get out in the woods and chill!!  I would suggest we all go out and practice our elk bugles and drive the neighbor's nuts!!!!!!!
