Is there a way to upload media player files onto a post?  I have an email from a friend that shows a deer in a media player file and I would like to post it.

So when I tried to upload it stated it was too large.  What's the max size of a file we can upload?

It tells you right there under the browse button  ;)

Maximum attachment size allowed: 5000 KB, per post: 8

I'd recommend keeping the overall uploads less than 2000kb. I have it set at 5000 but you'll need a fat internet connection to get those uploaded or they will just fail.
