I fish as bad as I spell or is the smell?????
« on: December 13, 2007, 06:56:16 PM »
I can tell you guys know what your doing and I won't pretend that I do but I started fishing again a couple years ago. I had only fished for trout mostly some channel cat perch and crappy. As a couple of you (maybe one) know the wife and I are being raised by two of our grandkids Gillian (Gill or Gill) almost 9 and Ethan 10. She's my fishing buddy he likes to hang out with grandma.Buying that place on Dodson road kept me busy most of the summer but we made it out a few times and I hope a lot this summer.
Dodson is close to 10 miles west of Moses Lake on I-90 then south on Dodson between Winchester and Frenchman canals. Caught my first large mouth 2 or so ago. Heck I didn't even know what a bait cast reel was, I always called them level wine.
So heres a few pictures I'll try to post.

way to go tank...you'd probably teach lndshrk a thing or 2 there. real good of you to get the kids involved.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
