fresh rub!
« on: August 25, 2009, 06:08:30 PM »
I went for a walk on Sunday looking for a new place for a trail cam, and found this fresh rub, probably less than 48 hours old (still smelled like elk in there). Got me excited! I put the cam about 40 feet from it on a game trail. Hopefully the bull is hanging out in the area and I get some pics... If I'm in the area, I might check it this weekend.

You gotta love finding fresh rubs like that... gets the blood boiling.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Very Nice, I hope to see one or two this weekend.
