Help on a high buck hunt.
« on: August 27, 2009, 06:58:12 AM »
Hello,

I recently transferred to Bremerton from a deployment onboard the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT and wanted to do a drop camp with a group to reduce cost for everyone a little or tag along, find a hunting buddy, etc.  I was going to elk hunt the Clearwater area but the timber company has shut down access.  I have all the equipment necessary for one of these hunts to include MREs.  I have cold weather survival school and I am an Eagle Scout if that helps matters.  My leave dates are from the 12-20 Sep.  If I have to I will find some maps and backpack in solo.  Looking for the hunt near Lake Chelan or any of the high hunts for mulies.  I have hunted out west in Wyoming if that helps the cause and got a non resident tag again this year.  Any help is appreciated.  My e-mail is jhawkin_39042@yahoo.com and my cell number is still from Virginia but is 757-287-1335.  Thanks again

Lake chelan will be boat or float plane aces only.  Lots of country up there too!
