Withrow unit 262
« on: August 31, 2009, 11:57:39 AM »
Any body have info if the Withrow unit is any good for deer in the early archery. I have a buddy that has a place for me to stay and hunt just off of the Columbia River, close to Hwy 2 that takes you to Waterville. Everytime i go visit i wonder if there are many deer around there. I a sure they like the Orchards.. I grew up in Wenatchee the deer where in the orchards there year round. Just curious

There are some good pockets of deer, mainly on private land.  If you have access to one of those, should be a good time.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
