Well I was over hunting the Winthrop area a few weeks ago. Lousy hunting with the heat, but way better-than-average (for me, anyway) shed hunting...

Nice sheds, but it has been pretty hot over there recently, a little cooler in the mornings, but hot by afternoon. Hopefully it will start cooling down soon.

My house furnace kicked on twice this morning! I think thats the first time since May. Fall is here. It's gonna start cooling off on the east side now. I know it. I feel it in my veins. (God I hope I'm right.)

Good to hear... I have a second deer antlerless permit and I'm headed over there again this weekend. Looks like there have been at least a few real cold snaps, and some precipitation. A bit of rain is always good...
