I know this is going to sound crazy but…

As civilized humans we use lubricants in many situations (heck, we did before we became “civilized”).
I have been using Scorpion Venom arrow lubricant for some time on field tipped arrows shot into my American Whitetail target (suggested by the target manufacturer). It has good staying power and the arrows can be re-shot between lubrications.

I was wondering if penetration on live game could be improved by using a similar lubricant.

I know, I know, sharper is better and a high mechanical advantaged blade is even better but there is this question that keeps bugging me. I think it would make for interesting testing.

Maybe a good idea for a new spray on product?
“The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter can not be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles.”
