Rem. Xmark triggers
« on: October 04, 2009, 12:38:46 AM »
This came up on another forum. While not a issue for me as I dont rest my finger on the trigger, its something you guys might check.
On some of the newer Xmark triggers that have been adjusted too low and pass all the normal safety tests, if you close the bolt with the safety in the safe position then rest your finger on the trigger very lightly, push the safety forward to fire. Did it go off?
Now when I say rest your finger on the trigger,I mean just barely touching it. I checked my rifles and one of the four will fire like this but as I said its a non issue.
