Looking to hunt GMU 346 Late archery elk any ideas?  Have hunted 1600 road and Johnson Cannon past 20 years looking for new area.

If the snow flys you might aswell just hunt mule deer up there .all those elk will be playing at wenas

I've hunted that unit in the late hunt have shot a few deer.  I've seen more elk where we hunt in that unit the last few years.  We hunt up the bald Mt road and rock creek road.  The nice thing about that is that you would be close to the Nile unit still if things don't work out,
