Just wanted to say 'hey', and thanks for having such an informative site!  I've been stationed here for a little over 2 years now and have already chased these cows around with my longbow; came here from NM and have to say that last year's fruitless hunt for a small cow has now driven me to slam one more than a bull this year.  look forward to reading more good stuff on here...

I have plenty of 35mm pics, but rarely took any digital :bdid:
Here's one of a bull that I managed to out dupe, though...

Thanks for the kind welcome.  I still can't get over how you can have the really wet stuff to the West, and the dry desert to the East, but every bit of it beautiful.  I hunted the late season last year because I assumed you had to pick one or the other :chuckle:.  I was still overwhelmed that you could go get a tag over the counter; don't need no draw drama here...

ya it makes for crazy amounts of hunters in the field, but at least you can hunt every year, id be stressing if i wasnt garrenteed to hunt every year.
