4941 elk unit

i am trying to find out more about this spec. elk area in the skagit valley. does anyone know anything about it? is it all private farms or what. do i knock on farm doors or is there a place to go in that is public. thanks

I would say it is 95 percent private... Go to GOHunt on the wdfw website and it will show you public from private.

its such a small area i wander if it is to get some of the elk off the farmers land. does anyone know anything?
