Does anyone know offhand the rules for shooting near houses? We've got a few bucks coming into our apple trees every night and only have five acres. We are in a semi residential area, not in the city limits and there are no county ordinances that I know of restricting shooting. Is the state rule 500ft from residences? Coming down the last day & am considering having my wife take one of the bucks.
county will tell ya ,as stated before watch your back stop they will check that..Myself and my neighbor shoot sometimes in our yard, one neighbor freaks out, but, well they moved. the sheriff will come and look at the situation..Dont tell anyone but they might even shoot your muzzleloader..
call the sherrif.
