Remember that there are firearm restrictions while hunting fo0r elk in the Stella area.  Residents of the area are reporting that people that have been scouting the area are unaware of the restrictions on modern firearms.

Oh how right you are. Now that its open for cows there are rigs all over with no idear of restrictions.
