hand washin pack in scent killer

hey i was wondering if its nessecery to hand wash ur hunting pack in scent killer laundry detergent in a bath tub and let it hang dry outside. sense scent concielment seems like a big part of bow hunting, any thoughts would be great.

I just spray the crap out of mine with some scent killer spray  :twocents:

i just was it out with soap and water then let it dry and spray the piss out of it with e3 fromdead down wind works for me.

Same here. Doesn't matter anyways as long as you use the thermals to your advantage and keep the wind in your face.

I pour some of the liquid laundry soap into a bucket with water and scrub off with a scrub brush. Hang to dry & then spray down with scent killer spray. I know the scent killer spray kills human odors but I think the extra scrub down takes care of other scents like car exhaust , storage odor etc. I bag it up after cleaning & take out when I need it.  I only stand hunt & I know my efforts help.
