Talked to the land owner today, she was a bit hesitant to give us permission to hunt because she had her horses in the pasture, I told her we have been hunting with her far several years and we are quite aware of the difference between a deer and a horse!!! She said ok! So we will be the only 3 people hunting approximately 8,000 acres of beautiful central WA. muley rutting paradise! Winter wheat, wheat stubble, CRP, tall sage brush, short sage brush, a nice canyon, smaller coulees, glassing points and even a few nice whitetails too!! We leave on the 25th, the bows are ready, got my calls and rattle antlers, motel reservations are set, the range finder has new batteries and the binos are cleaned!!!
This will be fun!!!! Can't wait!!! I hope my old Matthews holds up, this will be its final year in my hands.
