Not sure I would try this, but then again I don't eat fish. If anyone try's it let me know how bad your dishwasher smells after.

Actually since it is sealed in the tin foil, it should not smell up your dishwasher at all. You would get perfectly steamed salmon out of it though.
If I had a dishwasher (other than my wife)
I would give it a try.

It works great, and it does not smell at all. Just season, slices of lemon and fold it into good foil and into the dishwasher it goes.

I'm wondering how many bong loads before the guy that came up with this,realized he put the salmon in the dishwasher instead of the oven.Then by the time it was done he had a serious case of the munchies and went for it...
