So I saw an old thread on here the other day about home made smokers,and I wanted to show mine with some peperoni I made today. on that old thread their were some pic,s from BTKR,and Dogtuk you guy's do great looking work nice job guy's. Here are a couple pic's

That is a sweet looking set up. Might have to copy that one for the inlaws smoke he wants me to make. I like the size, I did mine out of an old fridge. I am actually plumbing the chimney through the wall in my garage this winter.

hey grizz by all meens copy it, but if I was going to build it again I would drop the floor down,when I built this smoker I planed to use an electric hot plat but I couldn't get enough heat out of it, so I went with propane and it's to close to the meat,also post pic's when you get it finished

I got the burner at harbor freight for $30.00 it works realy well I can adjust it down to about 80 deg if wanted

Yeah I went with propane in my smoke due to the lack of heat with electric, I had to put a heat difuser over the propane burner to help keep from getting too much direct heat.
