Sons first buck!
«
on:
November 21, 2009, 11:13:31 PM »
Back from Montana with "need2huntmor" and my son. After a case of "buck fever" earlier in the morning, we were able to get him on his first deer that evening. He made a great shot, 213 yards and I couldn't have been any prouder of him! Not bad for a first buck, I think my first buck was a 4" spike blacktail!
I ended up taking my smallest buck ever over there but you know what, it didn't seem to matter much to me. Just sharing that experience with him made my trip.
Here are a few pics

Consider a vertical frame (I like barnwood) with the antlers mounted at the top, the license underneath and the pics. Seen that a few times, looks very nice.

Pictures like this are priceless to a Dad, with his son, and his first buck! I'm sure we can work something out.
Thanks for a great trip. I'm glad I could be there.
