Did you all miss the part that said a Non Tribal Member killed the bull. I don't know the full story on this issue so I cant say a whole lot. And the bull that was killed in that area last year by  Non Tribal members were let go from what I have herd.

Looks pretty acccurate to me.  I have the pdf, but don't know how to post it.  I suppose I could print it, take a pic or scan it into a jpg. but I have other things to do.   I really don't care what race poached the bull, I think whomever involved should be prosecuted and prosecuted equally.  I assume the only thing that changes that is I doubt the natives will be held to the same as the non natives.  I assume you'd agree thats wrong Yak.

chances are I know the people that did this. The white guys if that is what you would call them go up shoot illegal animals and then call there native American friends to haul it home for them. It happens all over the state with deer and elk. I know some guys that do this regularly although I can not prove it but it just so happens that it mostly happens in the cowiche unit/ yakama rez boundary, and yakima firing center. They both need to be equally punished no matter who shot it because they were all involved.

I think this thread should just end at this, It doesnt matter what race did the poaching,What i was trying to accomplish by posting the pictures of the bull was to show everyone that we do have big bulls around and here and that poaching does happen and doesnt get posted in the paper or on the news. I didnt want this thread to end up being a bitchin contest between grown men.

RedDawg, we know the same people then. Real classy individuals. Its really too bad the kid that drew the tag for Hansen's ranch didn't kill this bull. I mean, not to thread jack (not that I care too much on this thread), but has he killed a bull yet does anyone know?

 :yeah:\

I wish this is how it was.  Unfortunately this isn't how the world works.  Some people get special rights.  And I'm not just talking about the Tribal/Non-Tribal thing.  Many "haves"  get off for murder (literally) when the "have nots" would have been fried.

It's too bad all involved couldn't get fried for this.  But we all know that wont happen.  It's unfortunate that those guys caught up there two years ago got off.  It is a true shame.    Our elk and deer are a limited resource and should be treated as such.  The pathetic fines and penalties incurred against poaches is yet again proof that all the WDFW cares about is money and that our elk and deer are nothing more than four legged $$$$.

Funny thing is if they were so concerned with their four legged $$$, you'd think they could hammer these guys really hard.  I guess its not their fault, its the court systems.  Seems like the WDFW did their part in catching the idiots.  Someone should tell Gregoire herself that money can be made by catching poachers.  She is like a bloodhound when it comes to smelling and collecting money.

Yeah that is a good point bone.  Where I blame the WDFW is in that they don't and havn't pushed to increase the penalties.  Our legislature is dumber than a bag of rocks, they need to be lend by the hand.  You are exactly right if the WDFW would take the time to explain just how much money they could make off of convictions with poaching and especially road violations Gregoire would be down on her knees  about all that money.

Of course with Gregoire we all know which group would be exempt from all fines and jail time.

Isn't that the frickin truth.  Its probably what is keeping her at bay.  She is undecided which cookiejar the most cash is in.  To heck with doing what is right.

Bone think about this.  At least you never had to shake her hand or take a picture with her.   :puke:

The mere thought of it still haunts me.

TERRIBLY saddening. Makes me heartsick.
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.
