Straight Shooter, any motor noise with that?

A slight noise, but not too loud at all.

I like nice light feathers that flutter in a light breeze.

I was thinking of using the base from my old decoy.  It's motorized so if there is no wind (a rare thing where I hunt), I can turn it on and still get action.  Another plus is that I won't have to stake it in the ground since it has fold out feet.

I had a feather decoy (made w/two pheasant tail feathers fastened together... great fluttering motion.) with me yesterday that I made from an old aluminum arrow.  The soil was so hard (frozen) that I couldn't get it into the ground.  Ended up having to use the e-decoy.
