Progress Report

I continue to improve, gradually.  I've left the walker behind, and today took a 0.8 mile walk at lunchtime with some co-workers. They are both avid hunters, and we had pleasant conversation. We considered the merits of adding a .25 cal to my arsenal, to complement the .20  (204 Ruger) and .30 (30-06), which constitute my centerfire arsenal.

There wasn't much debate really.  You have to add to your arsenal, eh?

Hi Ivar, sorry to hear of your tough times. Glad you are doing better! As far as a new .25 goes, ever think about a .260? I have seen what a .25-06 dose to deer a few times and it is quite devastating! Just a few ideas.

Absolutely.  And after a 25 caliber, you need a 24 caliber, and (as stated above) a 26 caliber, and EVERYONE needs a .270, and the Rem .280 is a great round....  Glad to hear you're feeling better Ivar...  Talking about buying a new rifle is like starting to notice pretty women again... :chuckle:
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
