Hello, my names Jeremy. just found out about this forum. im from nevada and just got stationed at whidbey island. im looking for some good places to take some coyotes.
It's going to take him much longer than 2 1/2 hours to Pulman.
Close to Whidbey Island: Mt. Baker National Forest, Snohomish River (coons), Weyerhaeser Snoqualmie Tree Farm, Skykomish River, Skagit River, Nooksack River. Try also asking sheep ranchers. With spring around the corner the lambs will be dropping soon, with all that afterbirth and bleeting the yotes will be drooling for any easy meal, and if i recall, there are quite a few sheep ranches off Hwy. 2 around the monroe area. good luck and watch your back, the cougars on the Wet Side are sneaky and like to follow hikers. But remember they like the flavor of tofu so their diet usually consists of liberals.
If you ever get over to the dry side, give a shout out and Ill show you some great pr land to hunt here. I dont share this with many folks but as a member of our armed services, you have earned it in spades. Thank you and God bless you. Regards Mudeater.
