Calling coons?
« on: February 08, 2010, 06:43:41 PM »
Having never been raccoon hunting before, can they be called in just as any other predator?  If so, what sound besides crayfish in distress.  (thought I would put that in before somebody slammed me first)

Thanks for the info.  I see I need to do some homework and check these things out.  Does the light have to be mounted?

Thanks again..

Has anyone ever used optics from these guys before. I just got sent their mailer. http://www.opticsbestbuy.com/ They seemed to have some pretty good prices but I can't tell if th optics are any good.

Also, regarding coon hunting; where is the best place to find racoons that are least likely to be infected with rabies or other harmful diseases. I hear that racoons are pretty good tasting, much like a turkey, and can be prepared the same way. But I don't want any "garbage eating" coons.

Warning! Do not elect politicians who don't support the 2nd Amendment as the Constitutional framers intended - There are no Collective Rights in the Bill of Rights. America is about Individual Freedoms, not collectivism!
