New Sharpening Website

Howdy. Just wanted to announce my new website:
www.silverstarsharpening.com
In my spare time I specialize in knife and tool sharpening, and I welcome all members of H-W to come by and say hi. Look for a new sporting goods sharpening page soon which will cover sharpening hunting knives, pocket knives, broadheads, speargun tips, fish/fillet knives etc.
I've been working on my technique for a while now, and I can consistently get edges scary sharp!
Become a Silver Star Sharpening Co. fan on our Facebook Page:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Stanwood-WA/Silver-Star-Sharpening-Co/289134486282
In the near future, I will be posting helpful articles on sharp edges, so keep an eye out!

Good luck I hope your business does well. A sharp knife is a safe knife after all.

That's a good question. I offer a 10% discount if there are more than 25 knives per order. For quantities over 50 (commercial stuff), I'll quote a lump sum.
Right now I'll offer every Hunting-Washington member in good standing 10% off any sharpening order. Good through May 1, 2010. It's a good time of year to get things in order, and we'll see how this goes. I just finished an order for Shannon, so he'll get the same deal.
All knives are coming out extremely sharp. We also do hatchets, axes, broadheads, gut hooks, matchetes, scissors, etc.

I have a few stainless Bucks, and they're a little stubborn. They hold a good edge, though!

Yep. You can drop your knives and tools off at our shop. If you just have cutlery, you can also drop them off at Dick's Restaurant Supply in Mount Vernon -- which ever is closer. For more info you can site mail me, or call my cell at 425.210.9207
Thanks!
