For one, Make sure you have Hunter safety for sure,  Just so you know proper gun handling and the general rules,
For two, Always follow the proper regulations for the state you are hunting.
For three, Spending time in the outdoors and watching videos can Help.
For four, Its like my screen name, RightPlace-Righttime, lol
I hope this was a serious question, as im being serious back, lol

I think there are some skills a "Master Hunter" can only get by harvesting some animals (proper field care and preparation of the animal, Humane kills, etc...) but I'm not sure if these skills are included in the actual rules to become a "Master Hunter"

Maybe you just have to know how to do these things and not have actually done it  :dunno:

Not a master hunter myself by state definition but feel as though I am qualified.

"Master Hunter" goes way beyond hunting, It is really about who you are as a person and how you carry yourself in the presence of others weather hunting or not, and are heald to a higher standard then most.

There are folks out there that hold the "Master Hunter" title and there are folks out there that are "Master Hunters",

Look deep inside and decide which one you are !!

As far as proper field care, preparation of the animal, and humane kills; I learned all that on a farm :chuckle:
Robodad, I think you said it well.  Now when do I get the packet?

I'm sure you can.  I've only killed three big game animals.  Did a lot of geese, duck, pheasant etc but took the course.  The course is a lot more about the enviroment then anything else.  Of course it just changed so who knows what material they are pushing.
