You can go in and get a replacement license.  I think it is $5 or $10 bucks.  Not sure on the exact price.

As long as we're asking questions and they seem to be getting answered (and mine also has to do with licenses):  My kids are 10, 8 and 6; do they need a license to fish for steelhead/salmon?  I looked through the regs but couldn't pinpoint anything other than "...anyone age 15 or older...".  I'm assuming my kids DO need a license and punchcard but I wanted to clarify beforehand.

They do need a punchcard, But it is free.
