If you read the post in this board which is next to this one you'll see that there has been ongoing maintenance regarding images in the gallery and attachments all weekend. In addition to that it also indicates we have just migrated to a new server. We're talking about 40GB of data moving across a small pipe. Just "attach" the photo to the post instead of placing it in the gallery until the maintenace is done. Otherwise if your image is huge make is smaller. Note: Your post does not really indicate where exactly the error was being encountered. We have gallery and we also have attachments to a topic.
