So a few years back i acquired a Benjamin c9 .20 caliber pellet rifle. it was in pretty rough shape so I took her apart and cleaned her up. well it always shot just a little to the left, I tried adjusting the rear site and it broke off

so I bought some scope mounts and a airrifle scope and mounted it up. scope turned out to be a pos and due to its configuration had to be mounted so far forward it caused eye relief problems. I did kill a number of sage rats w/ it and maybe a bunny or too but I never was super happy w/ it. Well today I was visiting a good friend who was cleaning out his shed and found an ancient Bushnell scope chief w/ a post reticule he didn't have any use for it so we scrounged around and found a set of rings (silver) screwed the hole affair together and sighted her in. The last three shot group was under 1/2" at 20 yards

that's in a decent cross wind and just using an old lawn chair for a rest, not to mention about a 14 lbs trigger pull. I would like to find a lower set of rings and maybe a better mounting system but for the time being I'm ready to kill some sage rats!
