Shore Fishing
« on: May 14, 2010, 11:19:42 AM »
I am looking for a fun place on the west-side that is good for shore fishing for what ever, trout, bass.....?

Does anyone have some pointers on places that are good to check out and also what kinds of baits/lures are best for those areas.

A friend and I would like to get some fishing in, but boats don't grow on trees!

Thanks for you help and PM me if you have some pointers!!

Thanks!!

Riffe lake - up by the damn or anywhere along the river. bobbers 5 to 25 feet deep shrimp or worms both worked for me.

rap jon - from the boat launch on the bottom with worm and green. try to get out there kinda far.

mineral - follow the train tracks on the back side then just walk the back side of the lake to where ever you feel looks good and use worm and yellow or green, or spinners try a variety.

harts lake - from the shore with a big wad of worms you will get cats all day.

just trying to help you out they have always worked for me.

You could throw a rock from Kirkland and hit Lake Washington. Lots of docks to fish from.

Trout,bass,perch,crappie,and catfish.
