Ethical treatment of wild animal?

Just like the comments underneath the photo I don't think it's ethical but it sure would be tender.  

In all seriousness though, feeding the wildlife by hand isn't ethical and can lead to many problems. This is just like people with outdoor cats in suburban areas that leave a bowl of food outside and get upset when a raccoon tears up their cat, or this deer that may find someone's camp and dig into their supplies.  It's just a   to feed the wildlife and think there are no consequences.

Doesn't it then remove any fear he may have of people? i mean it's totally fine if he's someones pet and they want to teach him tricks and to eat from your mouth (gross) but this is a wild deer. This actually kind of makes me  really    I'm kinda shocked more of you aren't feeling the same but

Thats cute.  I saw these pic's a month or so ago.  My question is where is mom?  Wonder is she was killed and it is trying to bond?

Someone's already removed that animal's fear of people. For that deer it's too late.
Generally I'm against this sort of thing...but at this point it's kinda like getting pissed off about the deer at Wallowa Lake. It's too late and you're not gonna change anything.

I just looked at the rest of the pics and  I'm kinda pissed. Obviously these weren't the first people this deer encountered but still they have done it no favor. I'd be tempted to 'play' with it too, I'll admit..

Looks like a guide service in the background on that boat maybe too? what happened to being responsible stewards of the land/animals. If that is a guide they are not helping matters for their own industry.
