Urban Coyote
« on: May 18, 2010, 01:30:46 PM »
So here's another one of these damn coyotes running around right in town here meanwhile I drive out to woods looking for them and cant find any. >:( I saw this this ba$tard about 15-20 feet right off Woodinville Dr less than a mile from downtown and right next to the bank of the Sammamish Slough. There is a paved walking path along the river that is just about 20yds beyond & below where is standing. Obviously he must be pretty used to people being right here in town. He was sitting there eating on some dead carcass and sat there while took pics from my truck until got out & walked up to the jersey barrier then he took off. I dont know what he was eating but it looked a little too big to be a cat and too small for a dog or bobcat, maybe a dead pup? I dont know, maybe one of you guys can tell from the pics. Of course I was driving around in my company truck with no rifle and couldnt shoot him even if I did since he was right in town and the city limits.  :bash:
