Had an interesting visitor today

was wanting to take pics of things for the longest time but never got off my ass to do it. Well today I decided to get off it. My wife said "There is something Huge sitting on the pond" First thing I thought was a goose sitting on the edge of the ice, but it was better....

These were taken while I was hanging out of a willow tree about 50 yds away, so sorry if some are blurry.

He was just eating stuff off the ice, some small fish and the mice I shot the other day.

I thought it was a pretty cool bird so close to town.

Nice pics, thanks.

I was cruising around Ellensburg this weekend looking at the road up to Lion Rock, no jeeps yet arrg. Saw an Eagle crossing overhead. Spent Friday night in the back seat. Damn yotes woke me up about 4am.
