DON'T MISS OUT!! Elk are bugling!
« on: May 24, 2010, 09:06:34 PM »

ACT NOW!

Over the past week, mortgage rates have been absolutely phenomenal!  Given the dip in the stock market, funds were being placed in the bond market therefore allowing interest rates to fall… If you or someone you know is looking to refinance or even purchase, now is the time to do so!  With 30 year fixed rates in the mid to high 4’s and 15 year fixed rates in the low 4’s, there is no better time to act then right now.  If you have any questions regarding a loan scenario or questions in regarding financing in general, please feel free to give me a call… I am just another normal outdoorsman like all of you, and I enjoy talking about hunting and fishing as much as you do!  I truly appreciate those of you who have taken your time and gave me a call, and I am glad to have been able to assist you in any way I can! Take a few minutes of your time and find your potential savings each month.  It’s FREE!

Take care,

Jon Gabrio

BOY HOWDY ARE THE ELK EVER!

I contacted Jon yesterday "Just to see what he could do". Turns out he was able to streamline my FHA loan and with absolutely no cost to me is saving me 146.00 a month. Plus I have no payment for July or Augest depending on when the paper work goes thru. Although, I can put that payment purely tword the principle shaving years off my mortgage.

He's fast, efficient, profesional and is even coming to my office to do all the signing today. I still cant believe it was that easy. My interest rate was fixed at 6%. Not bad, but with rates were they are now, not that great. Im now fixed at 5% and even if I dont pay it off early or make extra payments he saved me $52,000  :IBCOOL:

Thanks Jon! So far its been a real treat to work with you!

I don't get it... where are the elk bugling?  :)  I work in the mortgage industry as well and you shouldn't be waiting for a lower rate.  I don't originate mortgages but rather sell them so I have nothing to gain by folks getting the lowest rate possible.  Lock now if you can!

Bob - I truly appreciate your time and the phone call!   :)  It was a real pleasure meeting up with you today, and I look forward to assisting you on your refinance.  I must admit you had some great hunting stories as well!   8)  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at any time.  And you'll be skipping July  :chuckle:  Thank you again for your support!

Take care,

Jon

Wildmanoutdoors, i have been in mortgage 10 years. I think this sounds like a scam (either what he is telling you or what you are saying). If a mortgage lender tells you u can skip 2 payments....something is fishy about that.

He is not skipping two payments - he is only skipping 1 payment, July's.  When we had talked on the phone I had stated to him that he would skip one payment just which month would depend on when the paperwork was completed.  He understood he wasn't skipping two payments..
