Range report
« on: June 21, 2010, 03:08:34 PM »
I got to go shooting this weekend and i was able to find a couple good loads for my Ruger hawkeye in .243 and my Tikka T3 Lite in 300 WSM. The first target is the best group i got from my 243. The load was Remington Brass, CCI primer, 42 grains of H-4350, and 85 grain Barnes TSX. The group measures .62 and the group was shot at 100 yards. the second target is from my 300 WSM. The load is: Remington Brass, WLRM primer, 64 grains of RL19, and 180 grain Nosler Solid base. The group measures .72 and was shot at 100 yards.  I think i could get them to shrink a little more with a some work but these groups are plenty good for me. Thanks for looking.
