We're planning on a nice camping trip back down to Westport in August. 10 Days at Twin Harbors State park, and hitting the water for some serious salmon and bottom fishing    I'm heading to cabela's tomarrow to start loading up

Yep, we're getting ready for our annual Bouy 10 trip down to Astoria.  We're sissies when it comes to big water though, so we wait til they come into the river... but they do quite a bit better blowing out over the bar and whacking them in the saltwater than we do. 

Oh well, we'll take what we can get!

That Illwaco bar can get just a bit bumpy at times..I've been over it quite a few times in my day..

Westport is a bit closer for me right now with the funds they way they are..I might have to send the girls home with a cooler full of fish.
