Anybody read, Secrets of the Shed Masters, article in this months Outdoor Life. Some great tips in there. They even check the trees, as the antlers can get hung up in tree branches. Pretty good read.

I read it, pretty interesting. dogs got mentioned again, people are really starting to warm up to the idea of using dogs for finding sheds.

I just read an article in an older Bowhunting mag about shed dogs that was pretty worthless. I am sure these writers are scanning the net for topics.

Last year I found a match set of a huge bull. The one antler was on the ground and i figured the other one had to be close by. I finally found it up in the tree, but close to the ground, it was hung up in the tree though.

You guys may have seen my picture in the march photo of the month with my hound chewing on my big bull antler. This is one of those hard relationships. You can love your dog for loving to find sheds and chewing on them, or you can beat them sensless for chewing on your favorite shed......
