A slow cold day in area 10 today, 2 wild kings and a single shaker! We sent both kings back and I think there was a few teardrops on my partners fish...Battled the dirty *censored* in and I could see that big adipose sticking up like a flag 10 minutes before it hit the net, looked to be about 20 lbs too.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

I wouldn't call two fish a bad day this year FC.  We caught one little 10-11 pound hatchery fish down in area 11.  It was much worse for others.  My biggest fish of the year was a native as well and it sure hurt to let her keep swimming so she could end up in a gillnet in the Nisqually.  Oh well...

We have had a few slow days this year but it had been picking up until the last two times I had been out and we had been picking up silvers as well. I would have felt pretty screwed if we hadn't at least caught the two wild fish, our first day out for salmon this year with none retained.
