Not a lot of time, it is pretty easy. Thing called GOOGLE, just go to it type in cougar attacks ram and it pops right up. About 14.2 seconds of research.

BLKBERAKLR's   link  is correct.   I saw this several years ago, actually on www.huntingnet.com  forums.  The event  is from the Baniff Alberta area.  Thanks for sharing the photos,  but not a  Lake Roosevelt  Wa. event.    HH in Pa   ;)
