Twice - both times back in in winter of 81/82.  (I was stationed at the Clinic for a year).

I didn't have any luck but we were road hunting one day, just driving around taking shots at them, the next time I tried calling them but had NO IDEA what I was doing and was not successful...(everybody starts somewhere, I've learned a lot since then!)

There were, at that time, a lot of coyotes at the Firing Center.  I'm guessing there still are...but it would be wrong to say there is no hunting pressure at the Center.  There are a lot of people who hunt out there...Not as many as other places because of access restrictions, but it does get hunted...
Of sorrow and sickness I've known on my way,
But I'm old and I'm nervis,
I'm cast from the Service,
And all I deserve is a shillin' a day.

:)There is good hunting there and areas that get a lot of people. They restrict where you can hunt day to day so many times you cant get to good areas. I recommend a good 4X4, good tires. I am not going to tell you where I found the coyotes. Some of the area is quite difficult to hunt due to the way you must approach. lots of people hunt there. They are used to people popping away out of the car window. >:( A good way to educate coyotes but get darn few. >:(
good hunting

If you go, try to stay out of the puddles.  They are A LOT deeper than they look.
