I did 20 pounds of TexMex hot stix I used 10 pounds of Pork and 10 pounds of Elk meat I used PSseasonings TexMex snack stick seasoning great stuff a little hot but great flavor I smoked them using hickory the pic does not show them well these look great and have a nice color and taste great here is the link to there page
