A good buck on my own land would be cool!
« on: August 30, 2010, 10:03:37 AM »
Here's one of the bucks I'm hoping to see the first week of September.  He is coming to the corn and salt that I put out on the land I just bought in the Blues.  I'd love to be able to take a buck like this on my own land!  Enjoy!

Wow!  Big woods whitetails are tough - I hope you get him.  Looks to be a solid 160" class buck.

Try telling that to my wife!  She says, "You just bought that place for hunting!"  I say, "YEP!"

I've got enough pics of him coming in right at last light at night to think I may have a shot at him.  I'll put up a stand in a day or so to make sure I am ready to hunt a little.

That buck would be good on any piece of land!!!  As bow4elk stated, he's definately a good solid 160 caliber buck.  Hope you can lay the smackdown on him.
