look up "marks mobile meats".  i don't have the # handy but this guy is great.  His regular job is a butcher and does this for extra $ during the hunting season.  He has got a modified 10-12' utility trailer that pulls up in front of your house and butchers the game right there.  wraps and labels the cuts and grinds the burger.  very reasonable pricing.

i then take anything i want to have made into jerkey or sausage to Eggers

If you don't live in town and need to drop it off/leave it someplace, i would suggest Egger Meats

:yeah: Very good sausage, jerky, summer sausage, brats.... Steve in the south hill store is awesome.

Stay away from Sonnenberg's. They SUCK!!!! That place used to be great. Three years in a row they screwed me and I will never go back.

:yeah:
I took a deer to Sonnenberg's 8-9 years ago, and the jerky developed mold very quickly, never took it there again.

Up until 3 years ago I took my meat to the North Side Eggers and was very happy with their product.  Now, I do it all myself...

Eggers would be my first choice, Crown Meats on NW Blvd my second choice.

If I were looking for a wild game cutter. Crown Foods (Spokane) 509-326-1111 or Reedy's custom meats (Elk)
509-292-1500.
It is getting harder to find a place to do wild game. Both places I think get right around 95 cents a pound cut and wrap.
